Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. We deliver to UAE addresses only.

Delivery costs AED 35 per order, however many items you order.

Please give us a phone number the courier can reach on the day of delivery.

You receive an email once your order ships.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.

See our Refund policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Straps sold separately are not covered.

The customer pays the cost of sending the bracelet back, unless it arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
