About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from the Solo Group online store, operated by Solo Collective trading as Solo Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Our products

ViSponder is a lifestyle and wellness product, not a medical product. ViSponder does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and does not replace medical advice or treatment. Results differ from person to person.

Thread straps are handmade, so each one may vary slightly in colour and finish.

Our free consultation is general guidance on choosing a bracelet. It is not medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery is charged separately at AED 35 per order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Orders

We confirm every order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Refund policy and Shipping policy. We deliver within the UAE only. Straps sold separately are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

ViSponder® is a registered trademark of Vitarights. Solo Group is a trademark of Solo Collective. Solo Wellness is a brand of Solo Group.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
